What is "STAGING" and can it help you sell a house?

The newest thing in selling homes (seen on shows like Designed to Sell and Flip this House) is a service called STAGING. Preparing your home for sale is a bit like designing a stage for a play. Everything is in just the right place, perfectly arranged, and comfortably set.

I witnessed this transformation FIRST HAND. Diana Dee told me about Chris Smith ... and I wanted to see this in action. When I told most people about staging a house, they had not heard of the concept.
