Ribbon Cutting Update ...
The Ribbon Cutting was very nice! The Chamber of Commerce came with plenty of Ambassadors and friends joined in the fun. There was a short presentation, good food, and very nice people. After the Ribbon Cutting, we went nearby for lunch. more>

March 21 - World-renown opera singer and Plainview native Terry Cook takes to the stage

March 22 - Tabana Yuane - Festival of the Winds at 6:30 a.m. in Post City Park.

March 23 – Poetry Reading by Gjertrud Schnackenberg in the new English Department Auditorium is in the new $43 million complex that houses English/Philosophy/Education.

March 24 - Rodney Carrington Don't miss Rodney Carrington as he brings his comedy show to the Hub City! Patrons must be 18 or older to attend.

March 25 - Model Plane Building Workshop. Children of all ages are invited to the Silent Wings Museum for an afternoon of model plane building.

March 25/26 - Texas Outdoor Adventure at the Civic Center! The purpose of the event is to provide sports and outdoor fans with a chance to see new equipment and new features.

March 30 - Kenny Chesney Live in Concert at the United Spirit Arena with Special Guests Sugarland and Dierks Bentley

Mar 30, 31, and April 1st - The 64th Annual ABC Pro Rodeo at the Municipal Coliseum.

March 31 & April 1 – Jazz Festival Concerts.
