THURSDAY Only

"Pickleball" at Leroy Elmore Park - If you're not playing the "fun game with the crazy name"...you don't know what you're missing! Come out and learn this easy and energetic game played on a tennis court with lightweight paddles and a plastic Wiffleball. The Fun Club "pickle regulars" will show you how easy it is to play and have fun together at the same time. We've got extra paddles - so don't worry about equipment. Just come on out, bring a lawn chair if you want to sit between matches or simply watch the action. It's a fun time and a great chance to get out in the nice, early evening air and make some new friends. We meet at the tennis courts on the east side of Leroy Elmore Park at Quaker Avenue and South Loop 289. The street that runs along the east side of the park is Peoria Ave...you can't miss it. We gather at 7 p.m. so come out and see what it's all about!
