Vintage Township:
This isn’t a vacation.
It just feels like it.

Welcome to a whole new way of living — Vintage Township. Our little town-within-a-town is designed to recreate the communities of yesteryear which so wonderfully brought together people from all walks of life with a combination of big-city amenities and the small-town joys of fresh air and friendly neighbors. We’re happily on our way to becoming a 320-acre oasis made up of lovely tree-lined streets filled with beautiful homes of real character; numerous parks and green spaces; urban-style town centers with shopping and dining and even civic buildings such as a church, a fire station and a library; and, best of all, a community focus and a sense of tradition.

Welcome to a place where grandparents can live in a smaller home which is located just doors from their children and grandchildren, who are in a larger family home; a place where mothers with children close by and handicapped residents can safely maneuver our wide sidewalks and narrower streets. Welcome to a haven of friends who want to have fun at our cultural events and community activities.

Obviously, this is a place to really live, feel healthier, happier—even a bit more peaceful. And a bit like vacation. Actually, we simply call it living life better. We're located at south Quaker Avenue and 114th Street. Please come visit or call us at 771-1117. You can check us out on the web at VintageTownship.com
