Health and Success ...
Can you REALLY have them BOTH at the same time?
That is the topic for next week's Empowering Women luncheon where women from all over Lubbock gather to learn and be inspired by others. The lunch is next Thursday, February 22 and there will be a nice little surprise for everyone who RSVPs by Wednesday at noon. click here for more>>

February 20 - Mardi Gras in Lubbock!
This spectacular event from 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Civic Center Exhibit Hall will include thirty-five food booths (with selections from your favorite local restaurants), live jazz music by the Shinn/Turner Dixieland Band, a large silent auction (with items from various local merchants), cash bars, plus a variety of activities and prizes.

You've got the cutest little Baby Face!
This picture tickles me. The only thing that could make it cuter is if it were my baby. And I don't know about you, but when a photograph captures the spirit of my child, I stare at it over and over again. While a picture may be worth a thousand words, it's worth a little investment too. Having portraits made along the way is a keepsake habit well worth remembering. Singles Meet for Coffee Monday at J & B Coffee
February 19 - SOS Social Hour at J and B Coffee shop at 7:00 PM. The coffee shop is located at 26th and Boston. We will be meeting in the””Back Room” for a social hour.

ROAD TRIP
The Cotton Kings are going to have fan busses taking fans to and from road games on three upcoming road games. We will have two busses, one for families and another for the young and rowdy. The cost is $30 per person and includes transportation to and from the game, a ticket to the game and soft drinks and snacks will be provided for the trip. Please contact Sherhonda Ginn to make reservations. First class coach transportation provided by Texas-New Mexico Bus Lines and seating is limited to 45 people. The games are as follows: Feb 25 to Amarillo (Sunday) RSVP by Feb 21
Mar 9 to Odessa (Friday) RSVP by Mar 6
Mar 23 to Odessa (Friday) RSVP by Mar 20
