A Great Human Gift Hidden in a Concert!
Freada and Mark Warren welcome folks to enjoy a night of gospel music as their gift to the community as a celebration of the memory their son Clay, but also for a community which offered its whole-hearted support during a dark and trying time. Perhaps most meaningful and far-reaching of all is Mark and Freada Warren's passionate support of LifeGift, an organ donation organization based in Fort Worth. Following the tragedy, the Warrens decided to donate their son's heart, liver, and kidneys. In a moment of despair, there was also hope. The evening concert will feature The Master's Vessels performing live in concert, along with other special guest performers. One of the artists, Bill Durham, shares a unique connection with the Warrens for he was the recipient of Clay's heart. The Gospel Benefit Concert will be August 12 at the Fair Theatre in downtown Plainview.
