January 24….Cactus Theater: "A Night of The Eagles, CSN & Fleetwood Mac" - This was one of the best shows presented in 2013. Playhouse: “Doubt” - In this brilliant and powerful drama, Sister Aloysius, a Bronx school principal, takes matters into her own hands when she suspects the young Father Flynn of improper relations with one of the male students. Winner of the 2005 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award. A Parable by John Patrick Shanley, directed by Zachery Kocurek. Content note: Adult situations; parents strongly cautioned. January 25….Hub Performing Arts School Presentation – All are invited to celebrate with the Advanced Performance Team their accomplishments at the Junior Theater Festival. The team will present
their competition piece along with a slide show of highlights from the weekend and awards won. Cake and punch will be served and a silent auction benefiting the scholarship fund for team members. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased by calling 577-2978 or emailing hub@hubperformingartsschool.com. We are looking for talented kids to join the team in the spring! Auditions will be held Wednesday & Thursday, Jan. 22nd & 23rd at 5:30 p.m. in the Black Box Theater at All Saints Episcopal School- Hub Performing Arts School's new home in 2014! January 25….Cactus Theater: “Kenny Maines In Concert" - Kenny's December concert was cancelled due to icy weather conditions so we are pleased to have the opportunity to present his concert at this time. Join Kenny and his musical sidekicks as he debuts the songs from his latest recording project and performs some of his favorites. You will love the concert and of course will want to take a CD home! January 26….School of Rock Lubbock End of Season Concert - Eight SoR Bands will perform throughout the afternoon! Age ranges from 5-18, and lots of awesome types of rock will be played - from our "Tribute to the Cow Bell" and "Zeppelin" shows, to Christian Rock and our smallest rockers performing Classic Rock! Contact SoR Lubbock for specific times for each band. 18 and under FREE, over 18 - 10.00 per person. TNT Sports Grill - 50th Street & I-27; 1:30 – 6:30 p.m.


January 26….Music@The Museum: "Music in the Life of Thomas Jefferson"
- The Caerus Ensemble performs music by composers from Thomas Jefferson’s own music library and recounts biographical aspects of his musical life. This concert is one of Ensemble’s educational concerts, performed for schools, libraries, assisted living, and memory care centers predominantly throughout the West Texas region. The Caerus Ensemble is generously donating this performance. Free admission and free parking. Please enter through West Doors. Museum of Texas Tech Helen DeVitt Jones Auditorium, 3301 4th Street; 3 p.m.

January 26….Texas Tech School of Music Free Concert – The Celtic Ensemble & Elegant Savages will perform a concert of Irish inspired tunes sure to be enjoyed all. Admission for this event is free. Hemmle Recital Hall, Texas Tech School of Music; 8 p.m.
