November 24 (Opening Day) (repeats Nov. 25-27; December 3-4; 10-11; 17-18, 23-25)….Santa's Land Drive-Thru Christmas Park in TahokaEveryone is invited to stop by and see the lights and Santa and Mrs. Claus (please bring your camera). The park includes four acres of land, 1/2 mile of driving paths, thousands of lights, 100 plus wooden cut outs, 15 blow-ups, tons of Christmas trees, and 3 decorated antique cars. Visitors are able to stay inside their cars or get out and mingle while enjoying a warm fire and some hot chocolate. Admission is free. Donations will be accepted to help keep the lights on. If Santa is present he departs at 9 p.m. If you want to make sure Santa will be present please call (806) 891-1291. Tahoka, Tx (30 miles south of Lubbock). Park is located at South 11th and Ave O just off of Hwy 87. Open at 6:30 p.m. Lights out no earlier than 10 p.m.

November 25….Science Spectrum & OMNI Theater: Trains, Trains and More Trains

November 25…."Ransom at Dry Gulch” (HELD OVER) - More hilarity and great music as the cast of "Poker and Lace" returns in a Jane Prince Jones play, featuring Kurt Kiser, Mark Martin, Jere Lowe, Mike and Mariel Morgan, Ashley Hayes and Jane Prince-Jones as saloon owner "Belle". Dozens of songs ranging from pop to country are interwoven in this comic farce set in the old west. Tickets are $20.00 and can be reserved by calling the box office at 762-3233. November 26….Cactus Theater presents: Joe Ely Unplugged - Back by popular demand, Joe Ely returns to the Cactus stage with an unplugged acoustic performance. Tickets are $35.00 and $30.00 and can be reserved by calling the box office at 762-3233. Cactus Theater, 1812 Buddy Holly Avenue; 7:30 p.m.

November 27….Minis and Friends South Plains Fundraiser in Slaton, Texas
- Enjoy a unique Christmas experience: pictures with Santa and a miniature horse. These mini-horses are therapy animals that bring smiles and laughter to many people. Your participation will help to create smiles for some people who greatly need them. All money raised goes to the care of the minis and to continue providing visits at no charge to children’s homes, nursing homes, etc. Photos with Santa and a mini-horse are $5.00 (includes photo and a frame card) or $3 with your camera. United Supermarket in Slaton, 2-4 p.m.

November 29….Mannheim Steamroller In Concert
