Ponies, The Masked Rider, and Carriage Rides!
The Mane Event at the American Museum of Agriculture from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. this Satuday next to the windmills, Pony rides, carriage rides, lots of family fun, food (chili dogs, drinks), balloon toss, sack races, face paining, The Masked Rider, fun playing and exploring on new and old tractors. Silent Wings Museum celebrates INDEPENDENCE DAY Celebrate the 4th of July early making red, white & blue crafts that you can take home! Ages: All ages welcome Cost: Free! Time: 1-4 pm

Summer Musical Children “What Do You Do on a Rainy Day in the Ark?”
at Agape UMC; Bob Wert directing. Performance at 6:00 p.m. Ice cream for everyone after performance. No charge. Agape United Methodist Church, 1215 Slide Rd. This is Bob's 30th year to direct a summer musical in Lubbock

July 3
Fireworks at Buffalo Springs Lake

Enjoy the fireworks display at the lake. Take the kids, bbq out, rent boats, and just have a grand ole time! Click here for more information.

July 3 - Casino Night
at The Baker Building benefiting Hearts and Hooves of Lubbock and Windy Hills Therapy, 6:30-10:00pm, 1211 13th, Food, drinks, prizes and a fun evening, $15 (includes food, drinks and $5 in chips) For more information call 543-6368

July 4 - Fourth on Broadway Parade and Street Fair
The parade begins at 10am, followed by live music, and a wide array of food and craft booths lined up along Broadway. The day ends with a concert and fireworks display. 747-5232.

July 5 - SINGLES DINNER NIGHT OUT at Fuddrucker’s Restaurant at 7:00 PM –5501 Slide Road – No need to call first, just come. You'll see us! We have a good time each month with our dinner out and average anywhere between 20 and 40 people. So come! and bring a friend. more>
