Ranch Day is a FUN TRADITION for BOYS AND GIRLS on the South Plains!
Parents -- take your kids for a day full of fun!
For 36 years, families have been coming to enjoy RANCH DAY at The National Ranching Heritage Center. It's a fun day filled with activities for kids and unusual sights and sounds that are entertaining! This year, VINTAGE BASEBALL takes center stage and they have real baseball games going on in addition to non-stop other things that will keep your family entertained for hours! See ad to the right>>

Friday and Saturday - Third Annual World Championship Buffalo Wing Cook Off
SATURDAY, GET A FREE BBQ LUNCH!
Spectators can bring 2 cans of food on Saturday and receive $1.00 off gate admission and a free BBQ lunch made by the KLBK Channel 13 Cooking Crew. Where: Buffalo Springs Lake
Time: All Day, Cost: Gate Admission

MOTHERS DAY GIFT IDEA

April 27 - Blackmon Mooring and Big Brothers Big Sisters Golf For Kids' Sake Tournament

April 28 - Latin Kings of Comedy, Municipal Auditorium, 8pm tickets

April 27 - 28 - Third Annual World Championship Buffalo Wing Cook Off at Buffalo Springs Lake. Spectators can bring 2 cans of food on Saturday and receive $1.00 off gate admission and a free BBQ lunch.

April 28 - DIVA DAY! is from 11am-2pm at First Baptist Church and we will visit with vendors, work on projects, learn a new hobby, or shop.

April 28 - Llano Estacado Audubon Society presents "Birding 101" class.

April 28 – HUGE Neighborhood Garage Sale Fundraiser for Remington Park.

April 28-29: SPOTC (South Plains Obedience Training Club) will have its annual spring agility trial at the South Plains Fairgrounds from 8:00 until approximately 4:00 each day and admission is FREE.

April 28 - Second Annual CASA Speak up for Kids 5K Walk/Run

GIRLS NIGHT OUT is FRIDAY night, 6 to 8:30
and we're making BEADED JEWELRY!
Every woman needs the company of other fun women. The fact that we're making beaded jewelry and leaving with necklaces of our own is just icing on the cake!
Time/Place: 6:00 to 8:30 -- FauxReal Art Studio
Cost: $20 includes all beads, findings, and teacher! You can add $10 and leave with a matching pair of earrings.

DIVA DAY is Saturday at First Baptist Church
From 11:00 to 2:00 at First Baptist, they are having DIVA DAY. This is a time to come see vendors, buy things, and eat a nice lunch. The cost is $25 and for that you get lunch and $20 in Diva Bucks that you get to spend on anything there. At our Faux Real booth, we're going to be making cool beads like the bracelet to the left.
